T-Shirts & Polos Range
T-Shirts & Polos Uniforms
Knitwear for promotional runs, event staff and everyday floor teams. Combed cotton jersey and pique that holds colour and shape through repeated washing.

Overview
Built for t-shirts & polos use
Knitwear is where most bulk orders go wrong, because the cheap version of a t-shirt looks identical to the good one on day one. The difference shows at wash ten: the collar has lost its recovery, the body has twisted on the seam, and the print has cracked.
We specify combed cotton rather than carded where the budget allows. Combing removes the short fibres that cause pilling, which is the single biggest reason a promotional tee stops being worn. For polos, pique knit gives structure and airflow that flat jersey cannot.
Collars are rib-knit with elastane content so they return to shape, and we shoulder-tape the seam so the garment does not stretch out across the back. Side-seamed construction stops the spiralling you see on cheap tubular bodies.
Decoration is matched to the run. Screen printing is the most economical at volume and gives flat, opaque colour. DTF handles complex artwork and small quantities. Embroidery lasts longest and reads as the most premium — the right choice for staff polos that will be worn for a year or more.
Combed cotton
Short fibres removed, so the surface resists pilling far longer.
Shoulder-taped seams
Stops the body stretching out across the back over time.
Recovery collars
Rib knit with elastane so the neckline returns to shape after washing.
Decoration matched to run
Screen print, DTF or embroidery chosen for your quantity and artwork.

T-Shirts & Polos FAQ
Questions about this range
Embroidery. It outlasts every print method and survives industrial washing, which is why we recommend it for staff polos worn daily. Prints are better for large flat artwork and short campaign runs.
Yes. Mixed size runs are standard. Mixed colours are usually fine too, though each additional colour can affect the price at screen-printing stage because it needs its own screen setup.
Dye lots vary slightly between batches. If exact consistency matters, order the full quantity at once, or tell us and we will reserve cloth from a single lot.
