We give you a schedule against your specific order once the specification is agreed, and we would rather give you an honest date than an optimistic one.

Yes, and we recommend it. Sampling is a formal stage in our process: you get a physical garment in the real cloth with the real branding before any bulk cloth is cut. Changes at sample stage are cheap; changes after bulk cutting are not.

Our work is bulk manufacturing for organisations — schools, factories, hospitals, hotels and corporate teams. If you need a handful of pieces, talk to us anyway and we will tell you honestly whether we are the right supplier for that job.

We keep your approved specification, size list and digitised branding on file. A reorder references that record, so the second batch matches the first rather than being re-specified from scratch.

A vector file (AI, EPS, PDF or SVG) is ideal because it scales cleanly to any garment size. If you only have a raster image or a photograph of an existing badge, send it anyway — we can usually redraw it, and we will tell you if the quality is too low to work from.

Embroidery lasts longest and survives industrial washing, which makes it the right choice for staff garments worn daily for a year or more. Screen printing is more economical at volume and better for large flat artwork. DTF handles full-colour, detailed artwork at lower quantities.

On bulk orders we dye or source cloth to a supplied Pantone reference and send a swatch for approval before cutting. On smaller runs you may be limited to stock colours, and we will say so upfront rather than promise a match we cannot hold.

Yes — embroidered names, sewn badges or hook-and-loop patches that can be swapped when a role changes. For schools we can also sew name-tape loops into the collar and waistband.

GSM is grams per square metre — the weight of the cloth. It is the single most useful number for comparing two quotes. A 180 GSM t-shirt and a 140 GSM t-shirt are not the same product, however similar the photographs look. We quote GSM on every specification so you can compare like with like.

Send us a sample garment or a piece of the cloth. We will identify the composition and weight and either match it or tell you plainly what the closest available option is and how it differs.

All dyed cloth changes over time; the question is how fast. We select colour-fast dyeing for garments that face heavy washing — school uniforms especially — and we will tell you if a particular shade or fabric is more prone to shifting.

We work with flame-resistant treated cotton and hi-vis cloth with reflective tape. Tell us the standard you need to meet and we will confirm what we can source before you commit to the order.

Dye lots vary slightly batch to batch — this is true of all textile manufacturing. If exact consistency across a large deployment matters, order the full quantity in one run, or tell us and we will try to reserve cloth from a single lot.

The reliable method is a fitting session with a sized sample set. People try garments on, we record each person against a size, and we cut to that list. Self-reported sizes from a spreadsheet produce noticeably more remakes.

Yes. Women’s blocks, extended sizes, maternity fits and modest-length options can all be graded into a range. Raise it at specification stage so it is designed in rather than adapted later.

Tell us. If a garment is outside the approved measurement spec, that is on us and we will put it right. If a person’s size was recorded incorrectly at fitting stage, we will work with you on the most economical way to fix it.
