About Us
Ten thousand pieces. One standard.
Manufacturers and suppliers of uniforms ranging from schools to security, hospitality to health care, spas to salons, industries to corporates, promotional wear and a whole lot more.

Made in Bangalore
Kinos Uniforms manufactures and supplies uniforms from its unit in Peenya, Bangalore's industrial belt. We work across schools, security, hospitality, health care, spas and salons, industrial units and corporate teams — and the reason that list is broad is that the underlying discipline is the same in every case.
That discipline is specification. Most uniform orders go wrong in the gap between what was discussed and what was made: a fabric that turned out lighter than expected, a shade that drifted between batches, a logo that came back the wrong size. We close that gap by writing everything down — cloth, composition, GSM, colour reference, seam construction, branding placement — and by putting a physical sample in your hands before any bulk cloth is cut.
Keeping pattern, cutting, stitching, embroidery, quality checking and finishing together in one place is what makes that possible. When a shade drifts or a seam starts running off spec, it is caught during the run rather than discovered by you on delivery.
We work directly with the people who will be responsible for the uniform — school administrators, factory HR, hospitality managers, procurement teams. Sizing across a whole organisation, applying branding consistently, and repeating the same specification on every reorder is the actual job. The garment is the easy part.
How We Operate
Four things we hold to
Not slogans — these are the decisions that actually change what arrives on your delivery date.
- 01
Specification over promises
Every quote names the cloth and the weight in GSM. You should be able to compare us against another supplier line by line.
- 02
Sample before bulk
A physical garment in the real cloth with the real branding, approved before anything is cut at volume. Changes are cheap at this stage and expensive after.
- 03
One standard across a run
The last piece in an order should match the first. That is what the approved sample on the production floor is for.
- 04
Honest timelines
We would rather give you a date we can hold than an optimistic one you plan around and we miss.
Capability
What happens under one roof
Pattern to packing. Keeping these stages together is what lets us hold a specification across a whole run.
Pattern & grading
Patterns cut in-house and graded across the full size run, so the smallest and largest garments in an order are proportioned correctly rather than scaled.
Cutting
Layered cutting against the approved marker, keeping every piece in a run from the same cloth lot wherever the quantity allows.
Stitching
Line production with construction matched to the garment — lock stitch, overlock and bar-tack applied where each belongs, not uniformly.
Embroidery & print
Logo digitising, multi-head embroidery, screen printing and DTF transfer, all referenced to an approved physical proof.
Quality checking
Checks during the run and at finishing — measurement against spec, seam integrity, shade consistency and branding placement.
Finishing & packing
Pressing, sizing, tagging and packing to your distribution structure, whether that is per person, per department or bulk.
