Promotional Wear Uniforms
Promotional wear is judged on whether people keep wearing it after the event. That is a fabric and print decision, not a design one.

Overview
What promotional wear needs
The cheap version of a promotional tee looks identical to the good one on day one and noticeably worse by wash ten — pilled surface, cracked print, collar with no recovery. We specify combed cotton and proper rib collars where the budget allows, because a garment nobody wears is wasted money regardless of unit price.
Decoration is matched to the run. Screen printing is most economical at volume. DTF handles full-colour artwork at lower quantities. Embroidery costs more and lasts longest.
For campaign work with a hard deadline, tell us the date first — it changes which decoration methods are realistic.
