We build industrial garments around their stress points. Bar-tacks at every pocket mouth, fly and belt loop; double-needle lock-stitched main seams; and reinforcement at the knee and seat where the work actually happens.
Fit is deliberately generous through shoulder and seat. A coverall cut slim looks better on a rail and fails within a month on someone who spends the day crouching, reaching overhead and climbing.
Where visibility is required, reflective tape is applied to a written placement spec so an entire crew reads consistently in low light rather than each garment being slightly different.
